The partnership originated in a request from a SQLI Netherlands client seeking a more advanced analytics platform that went beyond the capabilities of Google. After researching different solutions on the market, Contentsquare was selected due to its unique analytical capabilities focused on improving digital customer journeys by highlighting friction points that frustrate customers or hamper brand success.The Contentsquare platform provides a wealth of understanding of the digital customer experience. It captures intricate customer journey data from websites and mobile apps to gauge performance and engagement of various components of CX, transforming this knowledge into actionable insights that empower businesses to optimize website and app performance, conversion rates, and unlock revenue streams.
This partnership will enable SQLI Netherlands to help European enterprises address the ever-evolving needs and expectations of today’s consumers and add value in terms of design, development, and continuous improvement for a seamless customer experience. Additionally, it will enable SQLI Netherlands to develop its “Insights as a Service” offering, designed to help businesses make informed decisions for significant impact.
